Jason D. Berkowitz

Jason Berkowitz is a founding partner of BT Law Group, PLLC and a Miami-based labor and employment attorney. Before launching BT Law Group, Jason was a partner in the Miami office of a national labor and employment firm representing management exclusively, including many of America’s Fortune 100 companies. He litigates and tries cases in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies and arbitration tribunals, including the American Arbitration Association.

Practice areas include: discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, misclassification, failure to accommodate, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, breach of contract, and related Florida tort and common-law claims.

Jason regularly litigates disputes involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Florida Civil Rights Act, Florida Whistleblower Act, and other federal, state, and local employment laws.

Anisley Tarragona is a founding partner of BT Law Group, PLLC and a Miami-based litigator focused on resolving employment disputes and protecting workers’ rights. Anisley represents employees in cases involving sexual harassment, wrongful termination, unpaid wages, discrimination, retaliation, and other workplace violations.

Before launching BT Law Group, Anisley practiced in the Miami office of a national labor and employment law firm representing management exclusively. That experience gives her unique insight into how employers and their attorneys and insurance companies approach and value workplace disputes. She uses this knowledge to level the playing field for her clients.

Born and raised in Cuba, she is fluent in Spanish and frequently advises Spanish-speaking clients. Anisley understands that speaking to clients in their native language helps build trust and ensures they feel heard throughout the legal process.

Anisley litigates and tries cases in federal and state courts before administrative agencies and arbitration tribunals. She is known for her assertive approach and attention to detail in complex employment cases, achieving meaningful recoveries and accountability for her clients.
